Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Shirts Blouses Shop, we want you to love your trendy plus-size fashion finds as much as we do! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to offer returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.

Our Return Policy

  • Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
  • Proof of Purchase: Original receipt or order number required

Please Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on crop tops, tanks & camisoles unless they are defective or incorrect items shipped. All other products in our collection (including blouses, hoodies, sweatshirts, and LWD items) are eligible for return.

How to Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] with your return/exchange request within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our template below for faster processing.
  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number.
  3. Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our return center at:

  5. Track Your Package: We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong item or defective product).
  • Exchange Shipping: We’ll cover the cost of shipping your replacement item for exchanges.

Refund Process

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Timeline: Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement

Exchange Process

Want a different size or color? Exchanges are easy!

  1. Follow the same return process above
  2. Clearly indicate in your email that you’d like an exchange and specify the replacement item
  3. We’ll ship your new item as soon as we process your return

International Returns

For our international customers (excluding certain Asian and remote regions):

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Customs fees are non-refundable
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
