We ship worldwide (excluding certain Asian and remote regions) to bring our stylish plus-size collections right to your doorstep.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipping
  • Free Shipping (Orders $50+):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipping

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your trendy plus-size fashion finds! If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

Eligible for return: Blouses, hoodies, sweatshirts, and LWD items

Non-returnable items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on crop tops, tanks & camisoles unless they are defective or incorrect items shipped.

All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

How to Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with your return/exchange request.
  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number.
  3. Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our return center:

  5. Track Your Package: We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong item or defective product).
  • For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping your replacement item.
  • International customers: Return shipping costs and customs fees are the customer’s responsibility. Please mark packages as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges.

Refund Process

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Timeline: Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement

Exchange Process

Want a different size or color? Exchanges are easy!

  • Follow the same return process above
  • Clearly indicate in your email that you’d like an exchange and specify the replacement item
  • We’ll ship your new item as soon as we process your return
